Family Holiday
spacious and clean town house equipped with everything needed, nice swimming pool area, which most days we had to ourselves. Very quite location, which although was lovely, it is remote and we feel a car is needed. Very hilly with not a lot local. We did venture to the bus stop which wasn’t far and was easy to use and good value to explore. Eve was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The only negative we felt would be the bedding and towels where tired, old and well used, could do with being renewed.

Great hols with family and grand children.
Great Villa, plenty of space for the 7 of us. Fab views of sunset from Solarium. Weather was perfect so everything just fell into place. Many toys and inflatables for the children to share. Quite brilliant!!

A fantastic few days
The apartment was fantastic and perfect for our family of 7. We used the pool plenty of times and there was never anyone else there! The rooftop has lovely views and we had many bbqs. Less than 15 mins walk to the beach with plenty of places to eat & drink. Check in was very easy. All in all a great stay. Would recommend

Amazing 50th Birthday
Both friends and family stayed to help me celebrate my 50th birthday. The villa was close enough to everything and has great views. Eva, the hostess was really helpful and was very prompt to respond to any queries. I would stay here again.

Great Villa
We absolutely loved our stay at Eva's lovely villa. The views were amazing from the roof top terrace and my wife loved the great artwork on display. Eva was an awesome host, even assisting us with an errand. Our next trip to Marbella will definitely include booking this property.

Great location
Two families, of whom 3 children (aged 4 to 7) stayed at this lovely place. Everything’s tidy, loads of space, all necessary appliances (such as washing machine and dishwasher in good working order). The lovely host recommmended a place to eat, which we did enjoy a lot. Beach, restaurants easily reached by foot. Definately recommend.

Wonderful family holiday
Great house, well equipped and spacious with fabulous art work all around by the owner Eva. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room with large bedrooms, a terrace and the lovely rooftop area as well as a decent sized living area. Good location although a bit hilly so we got very hot after a day at the beach in the sun and then climbing up the hill home. We loved being on the edge of the golf course. The pool area is very nice and we had it to ourselves often. Thank you Eva.

Fantastic property in a good location
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa, plenty of space, the outside terrace was lovely in the morning for breakfast & in the evening for drinks as it was so quiet & views over the golf course are lovely. The roof terrace was also perfect for sunbathing. We walked to Cabopino in 15 mins and the restaurants there were lovely, especially Potofino. We also went to the local Indian, Jai Pur, which was very good & the bar at the camp site Da Bruno did amazing cocktails. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Golf break to the sunshine
This apartment provided us with fantastic accommodation in an excellent location. It was more spacious that we thought and the decor and cleanliness was to a very high standard. Eva, our host made the experience first class making sure that the checkin and checkout easy whilst also being on hand to answer any questions that we had. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book again if we were to revisit the area.

A great home base to explore Costa del Sol.
The property is like a “home” to stay in for 3 days or more. It's in a non-commercial area but close enough to reach the beaches, restaurants, stores and other sites. Perfect to go back to relax after day trips. Thank you, Eva!

Beautiful hillside villa apartment
We adored the serenity and elegance of the clean lines, original artwork, multiple porches and patios and open spaces in this restful apartment. We liked the walk over to the beach because it helped us digest the fantastic dinners we had when we were there. Renting from out of town (and out of the country!) can always be stressful. The owner was helpful and responsive, going above and beyond what we expected to meet all of our needs and answer all of our questions. We would rent this place (and from her) again without hesitation. Recommended 100%.

Amazing hosts and beautiful accommodationi
We travelled as a group of friends hoping for a relaxing break in the sun... we achieved this and more. The villa was absolutely beautiful and so well furnished. Very comfortable and Eva and her family made us feel welcome from the outset . . . We even got a lift to the local supermarket and excellent recommendations for places to eat and enjoy the local nightlife. We are already planning our next trip!!! We loved every minute of our stay and we’re sad to come home. The villa is suitable for friends and family to come together and enjoy a sun break in comfort!! Home from home.

Excellent , will be revisiting again.
Really good location, set in a quiet Area overlooking a golf fairway . The property was clean and had everything we required to enjoy our stay. The balconies and roof terrace were great,, as when we wanted to catch some rays we went up on the private terrace and chilled on the lounge balcony at night with great views ,not overlooked just the fairway and mountains in the distance. A nice pool to cool of in which was very good. We hired a nice car and had our own secure parking which was a bonus. At night we had a nice stroll down to Cabopino harbour which had a good selection of bars and restaurants, da Bruno's a 5 min stroll which was excellent food and bar.

Fantastic stay
We are a family of 4 that just returned from here. We loved staying at this villa! The location was great and easy to travel up and down the coast and even inland. We were mostly out during the day but looked forward to returning each night. If we didn’t feel like going back out for a late dinner we found some great take out and delivery restaurants. The villa is just like it is in the pictures. It’s clean and airy with lots of windows and terraces and a fantastic rooftop deck, which we used on the warmest days. Eva is a wonderful host and responded right back with any answers to our questions. Anyone who stays here won’t be disappointed!

Schönes Haus in prima Lage
War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Evas Haus. Angenehme Größe für ca. 6 Personen. Gute Ausstattung. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Schöne Terrasse. Pool in Anlage. Die Lage ist sehr gut. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Malaga und ca. 15 Minuten von Marbella weg. Strand ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Nette Umgebung.

Very nice Townhouse
We where 4 adults living in this very nice townhouse for a week. Its very easy to find and the landlord was very helpful. Perfect for golfers and easy to park outside. We will definitely recommend this house.

Översättningsresultat A very well planned house. Comfortable with the terrace and the kitchen on the same level. A little mishap with the curtain was arranged immediately. There was little base with spices which made it easier. Kitchen equipment was in good condition! Nice with the bar counter. The roof terrace was very large and private, which however limited the views. Quiet surroundings with a nice view over hole 6 on the Cabopino golf course.

Wir waren von Oktober bis März in Eva‘s Haus. Eva hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Für ihren Support bei allen Fragen möchte ich mich an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns im Haus und der Umgebung auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Der kilometerlange wunderschöne Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der kleine Yachthafen mit guten Restaurants ist problemlos zu erreichen. Wir waren mit unserem Campingvan vor Ort und fanden das Haus von Eva ideal für Ausflüge, ganz egal ob man nach Gibraltar, Jerez, Granada möchte….wir haben viel gesehen und waren am Wochenende immer auf Achse. Sehr gerne waren wir unter der Woche in Marbella und unserem Junior hat es im Bobby Jump in Málaga sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht um in Andalusien zu überwintern. Auch unsere großen Kids, die über Weihnachten und Sylvester zu Besuch waren, haben sich bei uns wohlgefühlt. Ich kann Eva und ihr Haus absolut empfehlen. Achja und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist genial.

Un séjour agréable à Marbella
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Marbella dans le logement d’Eva. L‘hôte s‘est montrée disponible pour répondre aux questions et nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Le logement présente de nombreux équipements et un espace total largement suffisant pour les 7 personnes que nous étions. Le tout sur 3 étages.Le solarium permet de profiter d‘une vue superbe sur la mer. 2 points de réticence à anticiper avant de réserver : 2 des chambres se trouvent en sous-sol (ce qui peut déranger certaines personnes) et la voiture est absolument nécessaire pour accéder à toute commodité (supermarché ; centre ville …) Merci pour ce séjour très agréable !

Très belle accueil dans la maison de eva, la maison était très propre et fonctionnelle ! Elle se situe à quelques minutes en voiture de puerto banus il y’a plein de magasin à proximité pour faire des courses . Le quartier et très sécurisé ! Il y’a une très belle vue sur un parcours de golf . La maison a une magnifique terasse sur le toit vous pouvez même y voir le Maroc au loin . Attention la piscine n’est pas privative mais collective . Nous avons eu de la chance car pendant notre séjour personne ne l’a utilisé apart nous . Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux !

La casa es espaciosa y muy cómoda. Caminando llegas a la playa De Cabopino en 12 minutos. La casa estaba muy limpia y la propietaria es súper agradable, intenta ayudar o asesorar en todo lo que puede. Súper recomendable

Good for family, excellent for golf
Our family liked the place a lot. We thought we were resting a house, but it’s actually a very big appartment. Not too far from the beach and actually inside a golf course, so plenty of stuff to do. We especially enjoyed the sunroof and bbq. The host Eva was very nice and she was there to meet us when we arrived. Everything went really well. One minus point is that the pool is not private but shared with the naighbors, but it’s ok.

Sehr schönes Haus in schöner Lage
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Eva vorab und auch vor Ort, war wunderbar, die Übergabe war reibungslos und sogar noch vor der Zeit und das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, dennoch ist man in ca. 15-20 Min zu Fuß am Strand und dieser ist auch sehr schön. Es gibt dort einige Restaurants, besonders gut ist die Pizzeria Bruno, die neben dem Campingplatz liegt und in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

We (4 adults and 4 children) stayed at Eva´s place for one week. The appartment is as promised in the pictures and discription. Eva is a great host and she replied promptly if we had any questions. A car is highly recommended because a bigger food store (Lidl) is couple of kilometers away and the appartment sits in a steep hill.

In principle a great property but the pool was under construction and the host unwilling to refund
This is a tricky review to write because in principle the property is great and the host is properly a great host under normal circumstances. These were, however, not normal circumstances. 36 hours before our arrival the host informed us that the communal pool, which is normally accessible to guests and which is featured on the property’s website, was under construction and would not be done in time for our arrival. This was a rather big issue as we were traveling with three children including an infant. We had looked at many properties and had selected this one because of the easy access to the pool - allowing the bigger kids to hang out there with the grown-ups going back in forth with the baby. It was also something the host could probably have predicted much sooner - giving us a chance to cancel and find an alternative propoerty. The host did try to come up with alternatives including using the neighbors’ neighbor’s pool, which unfortunately turned out to be a bit of a dirty construction site and very hard to get to – particularly with a pram. She also offered that we could use the pool at their private house, which is around 10 minutes’ drive away. Hence, it was not for the lack of trying but none of the options worked out logistically with an infant in tow. With ten days of vacation in front of us we therefore asked for a refund as access to a pool similar to the one, which would normally have been accessible, really did turn out to be critical – also after having tried out both alternatives. This would have allowed us to find another place as this property simply did not have the amenities promised. We rent out our own summerhouse and have given full refunds if something hasn’t been working properly. It was not the host’s fault that the pool was under construction and she did indeed try to find a solution. However, a rental property is at the end of the day a good that one sells and the quality and a nature of it obviously needs to match the description or a full refund is in its place even if it means losing out on rental income. That is certainly how trust-based systems like Home Away ought to work. The host refused to refund even half the rental price, which we had proposed as a compromise. Instead, she offered us a 200 euro discount, which evidently did not help much now that we needed to find another property at short notice.

The pool work was supposed to be finished before your arrival however the works overran unexpectedly. The workmen informed me that it would be finished within the first 2 days of your 9 days stay. And this is exactly what happened. When we offered the neighbour’s new pool, which was just thoroughly cleaned and chemical levels checked by my husband it was not good enough, and our own private pool including floats for the kids and sun loungers on our secluded sun terrace, plus the exclusive use of an extra private bedroom (for the baby’s nap), bathroom and fridge (which is located beside the pool) was no good either, it is hard to please you as a guest. On top of that while trying to get to a solution ( for example to carry sun beds to the neighbour’s pool and making the access easier, you already left the house within 24 hours of your arrival. Then there’s not much else we could do. After extensive talks with Homeaway about what I as the owner was supposed to do I learned that there’s no need to refund you because of the alternatives we offered and you decided to leave without letting us know. I did not have to compensate you, which I offered you anyway because I felt bad about the delay in works on the communal pool on the first two days.
