  • On the sixth floor of the Coronado residence—a former 4-star hotel surrounded by subtropical gardens and featuring a large pool—Studio Rosé—one of Studio Marbella’s two studios—is a newly renovated 37-square-meter studio for two people, featuring a tasteful interior design in shades of dusty pink.

    Its private, south-facing terrace—with no neighbors directly across—overlooks the gardens and the Mediterranean: breakfast in the sun, sailboats on the horizon, and, on clear days, Gibraltar and the African coast.

    A 160-cm bed with premium linens, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker), hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi: also perfect for remote work. Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included; no separate cleaning fee.

    Marbesa Beach is a 7-minute walk (550 m) away; right next to the residence, you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, bars, and restaurants. A stroll along the shore leads to the Cabopino marina and the protected Artola dunes. M-220 bus stop is 2 minutes away, Málaga Airport is 35 minutes away, and a golf course is less than 10 minutes away.
