  • There is nothing like a tranquil getaway to Lake LBJ in Marble Falls to truly disconnect from daily life. This charming home is located on the lake with a large waterfront patio and two private boat slips. If you are looking to explore the water on a boat, you can use the public boat ramp in Crockett Park less than a mile away. Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, boutiques, and a large grocery store (H-E-B) are within a short drive of this property.

    This waterfront home away from home has an extensive backyard that leads you straight to the lake. A paved patio with a nice seating area directly on the water is a great spot to hang out and take a quick dip. There are four lounge chairs and two sun umbrellas to keep you cool and cornhole available for lawn games. Attached to the house is another paved patio equipped with rocking chairs, a gas grill, and firepit - this is a great spot for summertime cookouts! The inside of the house has an open layout for the entire group to relax. The living area has a large sectional sofa and smart TV with streaming services, a perfect spot to curl up after a day in the sun to watch your favorite show. Find the well-appointed kitchen just off the living area with everything you need to prepare meals while you're visiting. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room and two cozy armchairs for lounging.

    Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, central AC, and covered parking. Other nearby attractions include Johnson Park, Lakeside Park, Hidden Falls Adventure Park, Longhorn Cavern State Park, and Inks Lake State Park.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. Perfect waterfront retreat

This is an exceptional and cozy retreat on the waters edge of Lake LBJ. It has a modern and very functional appeal and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

I’m a tournament guy. This place is perfect…. A covered shelter for my boat with power right there. Lots of wildlife and easy access to the water. Comfortable bedding and and extremely clean. A definite stay again.

Cute house, quiet neighborhood

Nice small, clean home, decorated very well. It has a large unfenced yard and access to the lake via a canal. The canal leading to the home from the lake is rocky and shallow in spots (be careful) and the dock is functional. We had issues accessing the home and the AC failed. The management company responded to our issues, but poor level of service and response time.

cute place, however

The place is cute and clean. The beds are comfortable. The water smelled like rotten eggs in the kitchen and the shower. After two people showered the house smelled for quite some time. The shower head is stuck on a fine spray that feels like a sandblaster with no way to change it.The check in process with Vacasa was unnecessarily complicated and the woman on the line was rude. The code for the door is ten digits long and no one could remember it.

Hidden Gem

Cute house and nicely decorated. Great amenities and plenty of space. Downside is the channel. Big rocks and lots of hydrilla. Boat launch near by is really shallow so I would recommend launching at the other park.
