  • Incredible open-water lot on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ! 50 feet of east-facing waterfront with deep water, double jet ski ramp and double boat dock with beautiful partially covered roof top deck and beautiful trees by the boat dock providing lots of shade from the west sun to keep you cool in the hot summer. Beautiful single story 3 bedroom/2 bath Austin stone home with an open floor plan with large windows bringing you to the lake as soon as you walk in the front door.

    Fabulous location! This home is wonderful for hosting groups of friends & family for all occasions.

    Sit and have some wine on the porch and watch the lake, have a fire in the fire pit relax and enjoy s’mores
