Soak up 30-mile views of the Hill Country and constant level Lake LBJ from our double-deck three bedroom 1,800 sq ft condo. Spacious and recently updated, enjoy open views of the lake, Slick Rock golf course, and abundant wildlife from the lower level deck. Want to cook something up? Our kitchen is fully-stocked with pantry essentials, including homemade pancake mix and Starbucks coffee to help get breakfast started. Master bedroom also has a deck from which to enjoy the lake views, a California king bed and mini-coffee bar making it a truly private oasis. The remaining two bedrooms both have queen sized beds. The living room and master bedrooms have smart tvs and Amazon Prime Video accessible. The condo also has a pool open June - September.

Perfect for a get-away or family vacation, our condo is less than a 5 minute drive from to the Resort, LBJ Marina & Yacht Club, and centrally located to many attractions and cities. However, because our condo is in a residential area and our neighbors in close proximity, we ask guests to respect our neighbors (especially nextdoor and downstairs) by keeping excessive noise to a minimum.
