Quick access to lake travis with Marina just around the corner to launch your boat or kayak. Local wineries and Breweries 10 minutes from the house. Located in quiet neighborhood tucked away but within 15-20 minutes of dining, shopping, and hill country! 40 mins to downtown Austin.
