  • When you come to the Texas Hill Country, why not stay in...well, the Hill Country? Texas Star is on the same 20 acres as the Guesthaus at White Tail Oaks and The Hideout, but out of view range. This cabin is located about 15 minutes northwest of downtown Fredericksburg near the historic Cherry Springs community.
    Guests will enjoy a spacious and open, private cabin with a king size bed, sitting area where you will find a TV w/blue-ray player but no cable reception..(remember, this is why you headed to the country), and kitchenette. Your favorite feature may be the fabulous bathroom with the large whirlpool tub for two or maybe it will be the romantic gas fireplace (Seasonal from mid - Nov to mid - Mar.) The outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off after a long summers day and provides a rare opportunity to be at one with nature.
