"Love the space and the ease of the shuttle going to various beaches in Marco Island. The staff here is amazing and incredibly helpful."

"Lots of space for the family. Could use some towel hooks and another mirror outside of the bathroom so people can get ready while everyone else uses the shower. Garbage didn’t get picked up and towels weren’t changed out despite us following the rules on how to do so. Had to ask the staff daily for new towels and take care of our garbage. Otherwise was a nice stay. Front desk staff was great. "

"The room was old and outdated. The Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bedspread is old and had a hole in it. The shower and toilet were crammed into a very small space. The nightly price of $328 for the room (including tax) was ridiculous! We will never stay there again and we do not recommend the property to anyone. At least the view from the deck was nice."

"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay. We being on vacation to celebrate our 10th. wedding anniversary, this hotel left us a sour note on the ocassion "

"Pool was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. One small complaint: would like to have been warned about the room’s proximity to the music stage. We were ok with it, but not sure anyone that retires early would appreciate it."

"Fabulous view, well equipped unit, easy beach access, plenty of restaurats in walking distance. Morning patio for coffee is great, sunset patio better. Strongly recommend"
