Also has additional 100 parking fee and shared paid laundry. But very private, well maintained, beautiful property with great views of the island and the Gulf. "

"We stayed just one night in Marco to visit with friends during spring break. The listing was exactly as pictured, and was in a great location! The only thing I would say is that the main bedroom is a little noisy at night, but, you're on a main road so that is to be expected and the rental company provided us complimentary ear plugs when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This was a spacious, clean condo for our group. Plenty of seating in the kitchen dining area, living room and balcony. Having the beach access right next to the public access with a sand carpet made for a very easy stroll to the ocean for our elderly family members. Just a couple of things to note- there was no shampoo/conditioner in the condo and only 1 dishwasher pod for our 5 days. Nothing a quick trip to the store wasn’t able to fix.
