Good location
In first time when I was getting there to check in. I was waiting for 30 minutes in front of the door. Because no body there to check in. The final the man who came and the face sleep. Also, I paid the parking, but the actual I had a free valet, but he didn't earn to me only said need to pay.

We spent four nights there. When we arrived we found out that they gave our room to another customer. The room that they provide us later was very noisy, and we literally couldn’t sleep at all! The toilet flashing and the bathroom door had issues. Also, when we asked about washing our clothing they said a price which was much higher than the amount that I pay even at the US.

Overpriced, noisy and slow internet. The only good thing was the location. There was live music every night until midnight which made it really hard for us to sleep. Breakfast was poor and definitely overpriced.

Ok for the money
This place needs maintenance. Mold in the bathrooms, luke warm water. Music until well after 11pm. People were great. Street parking only, so there may be parking or there, most likely, will not be. A bit west of the hotel is an non associated parking garage. I didnt use it, so i do not know cost or convenience.

We were very well received during our five-day stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the heart of the city. Mardin Center is one minutes away. It is very easy and safe to go to the touristic and historical points of the city on foot. We would have preferred not to have carpets in the rooms, but the cleanliness, food, temperature were ideal. General Manager was also very kind and caring.

Do not go to this place!!
I was so disappointed:( the toilet flush did not work, the aircon was giving cold air out and the shower was COLD. i left my keys inthe reception so they could sort the flush, when i came back i was told it was sorted but it wasn’t. With shower, i ran into my friend’s room to shower but that one was cold too. Like that was not enough, the next door room was loud all night. I had knock on their door but was still carrying on all night and the staff did nothing to ask them to be quite. And when i told them all this in the morning they did nothing and said nothing. Also check out was not any time, it was at 1 pm. So it is a lie to get bookings. Check out 12. The only good thing was it is very central but then again so many other reasonably priced hotels. Soguk dus, calismayan wc sifonu, calismayan klima ve sorun aninda ne yaptigiyla ilgili fikri olmayan hotel isletmecileri. Check in herhangi bir saatte degil 1de. Kesinlikle gitmeyin. Tek iyi yonu cok merkezi ama zaten butun hoteller merkezi ve benzer fiyatlarda

Great price value place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come again. There is live music until 11pm on the terrace. Rooms are basic but clean and sufficient. The place is in great location and the view from the roof top is fantastic

Overall the was good, but there was a lot of disturbance during cleaning the corridor and breakfast was very poor, they didn't renew even 45 minutes left fr the due time and they didn't even put coffee, which is something very essential in no star hotel or motel.

Kokulu oda
Odada inanılmaz bir koku vardı resmen lağam yada wc gibi kokuyordu odayı değiştirebilir miyiz diye sorduğumuzda hepsi aynı dediler ve en iyi odayı size verdik dediler halbuki 2 büyük yataklı odada rezervasyon yaptık onlar 1 adet küçük ve 1 adet büyük yataklı odayla değiştirdiler bizim için daha iyi olacağını söylediler kokudan dolayı odayı temizlik yaptılar ama yine koku hala devam ediyordu 2 gün boyunca kötü kokuya maruz kalıp o şekilde kaldık. Otelin iyi yönü tam caddede olmasıydı .
