Vacational rental cottage located in the center of the pretty town of Marennes (18th and 18th century architecture), a major oyster-farming center, close to Oleron Island and its beaches.
Accessible from the street, the house opens onto an enclosed, shady garden, where you can enjoy a peaceful stay.
The house is on one level and comprises a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. In this common room, there's a sofa bed and a single bed. There's a bedroom with a double bed. There's also a shower room with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All overlooking an enclosed garden, where you can relax in the shade of tall trees. Pets welcome. Wi-FI.
