The No. 3 is a sleek, modern, condo in the heart of Downtown Marfa. This building was gut-renovated in 2017 after sitting empty (for sale) for over a decade and now houses a mix of uses from residential to office space. This unit has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to Mutual Friends Coffee Shop, Alta Marfa Tasting Room, and one block from The Chinati Wool Building, JUDD Art Studio, Highland Avenue retail, and Hotel Paisano. The Sentinel, Marfa Spirit Company, Hotel Saint George, Marfa Wine Company, Planet Marfa, Para LLevar, and Hotel Saint George are all within a few blocks!
The No. 3 is the center unit of our building and does not share any amenities with neighbors. It has two privacy walled porches, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, black concrete floors, and is furnished with a mix and modern and vintage. We provide luxury linens, premium kitchen accoutrements, and upscale bath products. BBT Fiber Internet, 65" Samsung SmartTV and full size washer and dryer in the unit!
The bedroom has a king size bed (new in 2024) and settee with direct access to the back patio. The living area has sofa that folds into a twin bed, a desk and bistro table. The privacy walled entry patio has a lounge area with corner sofa and chair.

This small apartment was perfect for our Marfa visit. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and walking distance to many places around town. Lauren was very responsive to our questions about the heating/AC unit. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The space was spotless, we had everything we needed and the owner was super, checking to make sure everything was just right. As a designer I have to give a big shout on the design choices. Minimalist yet cozy. Will definitely stay again.
This rental is very clean, and has an excellent, efficient layout. It would meet the needs of any guest in Marfa. We will stay here again in the future! Super convenient to be located right next to a great coffee shop!
The property was very clean and a very functional space. Nicely stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Has 2 cute little patios, was quiet and peaceful.
This is the cutest little condo! It has everything you could need while away from home. And the most comfortable bed out of any hotel/motel/home/apt we've ever rented (and that's a lot). Oh and the most luxurious bedding - that I ended up buying for my home. Can't wait to visit again!
This is a fantastic spot located in the center of Marfa and pretty much near everything. It is a tidy unit with two patios, located next door to a coffee shop that becomes a small wine bar/bistro at night. Lauren was very responsive to any questions or needs.
Perfect getaway for a few days with our two dogs. The apartment is only a couple blocks from the courthouse, for reference, and walkable to many things in marfa. Parking is super easy right outside. There's a little gated area both in front and behind the apartment.It was super clean inside with all the amenities you could ask for. And importantly the bed was super comfy!Overall highly recommend if you're visiting the area!

The entire process from booking, checkin, questions that we had, checkout process was perfect.
Property was perfect and just as shown in pictures and details. Loved the layout and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking stuff and more. Bedroom was comfortable and lone split heater/ac was able to heat the entire unit within 4-6 hours and stayed comfortable the entire stay. Bathroom and shower area is big and can accomodate more than one person, rain shower head was heavenly. Patios, didn't use since we were out and about in town or Big Bend NP, but couch looks comfy. Overall home was in a quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs and was able to sleep in.
