The No. 5 is a 1-bedroom renovated condo in Marfa's downtown business district located in a mixed-use historic building and contiguous to a popular coffee shop and wine bar. This unit is only steps away from the JUDD Architecture Office, Chinati Wool Building, Hotel Paisano, and just a block or 2 from Hotel Saint George and all the downtown retail shops and restaurants. Our block is a lively hub of activity, the best location for exploring Marfa.
The condo offers 500 square feet indoors that are divided between living and sleeping spaces, with a mix of designer and vintage decor. We have almost every amenity possible in this size unit: 65" smart TV, fiber wifi, iron and board, LG washtower, high-end toiletries and linens, 2 patios, ductless HVAC, dishwasher and refrigerator, cooktop, plus small kitchen appliances,
Inside, the high ceilings, cloud-colored walls, black concrete floors, and marble bath are sleek and clean. The living space has a long sofa perfect for lounging, dining table large enough to double as workspace, and the compact kitchen has everything you will need including a combo oven and microwave unit, 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, 18" dishwasher, coffee maker, pots pans and more.
The bedroom features a Herman Miller Nelson king bed with luxury linens with a . Flanked by Risom lounge chairs, a 65" Samsung Serif smart TV and the LG wash tower offer convenience and entertainment. Multiple lamps for reading and the privacy walled patio is just out the back door with a hammock chair. The patio gate opens out into a shared yard.
The marble bathroom includes a glass enclosed rain shower, upscale toiletries, hair dryer, and plush towels for your comfort. Across the hallway the 6' closet has a Conant Ball cabinet, luggage rack, iron and board, and ample hanging space.
There is another 200+ sf of private patio space outside. Th entry patio is covered by a pergola fabricated from recycled well rods from a ranch south of Marfa, and has a table for morning coffee or evening drinks. The back patio has an Acapulco chair, a swinging hammock chair and leads out to the shared yard. Both patios are walled and have gates.
