"Room & staff were great! Only lost one star because our refrigerator didn’t work at check-in but this was fixed during our stay and staff allowed me to use another refrigerator for our insulin until ours was fixed. "

Phenomenal Option!

"First, I have to say that Tessie (the owner) is one of the kindest and pleasant persons I’ve ever met!!! She was very welcoming and “quick on the draw” for any concerns or questions! This property is huge and had so much space! Very clean, and perfectly arranged! The kids and I found it quite a treat to see goats and roosters as you look towards the lake. Their gazebo (on their property in front of the water), was a nice treat for my grandson and me as we went to have some special nature time to hang out! I’ve recommended this property to my family and friends! Access to paddle boats, kayaks AND paddle boards is like…wow!! This property and the owner are a treasure! Don’t pass up on the opportunity to find out for yourself! "

Sunset Gem private dock & boat ramp on Lake Murray

Great Little Place

"Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. The week consisted of swimming off the dock, fishing off the dock while the boys took the boat out—- you can park the boat at the dock or up in the grass and reading on the dock. We did bring a canopy tent that we put up on the dock since it averaged 100 degrees before the humidity. We had all our meals at the house and the grocery store was only 15 minutes away. It only rained the last night and it was a doozy that came up fast. The porch was great but a ceiling fan would have made it perfect as we sat on the porch to work on a puzzle that was already at the house. "

"Stayed 3 nights in June. Tessie met us at property after easy check in. Ample parking for SUV and trailer. Nice carport area. Peaceful setting. Very clean and nicely appointed, everything you need during stay. Bed was very comfortable. Nice screened in porch on lake side. Will stay again when in area."

Fishing Tournament on Lake Murray

"Our family are all avid fishermen and our oldest had an opportunity to step outside of the New England area to fish in a tournament on Lake Murray. This property was perfect, the size the location everything If we ever head back to that area we would definitely rent this house again. The waterfront was perfect as was the back deck where we spent alot of time. East check in check out and contact with the owner/caretaker was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great space on Lake Murray "
