"We were looking for a very quiet weekend and we got it. We did not see anyone. Room was very clean. Spa bath- just what my wife was looking for. Close to town but far enough out not to have any noise etc."

"A beautiful peaceful property with good number of rooms (including the cottage). Excellent for entertaining in the alfresco area and close to the local amenities. The games room with Table tennis table was a good place for kids to hang out. Overall, it is as advertised although there is no TV in the games room as advertised and if any bikes were available for use, they were not in any place we could find.There were a few maintenance issues during our 3 days stay. The plumbing for the washing machine did not work and the bottled gas for the whole property ran out. Both issues required a maintenance person to attend and fix. Having said that all the issues when they occurred were dealt with politely and promptly and presumably one-off issues.Enough firewood is provided for one night, for just one fire. There are two fireplaces (one in the main house and one in the cottage) and a fire pit and we stayed 3 days. In mid-winter it is a major part of the stay to be able to have a real fire. It would be nice to have more firewood available. Getting a supply when you are on holiday is difficult and it’s a major thing to bring down a supply in a car full of kids and bikes. Just a comment!"

"The whole process was so smooth. The hosts were absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and the perfect size for a little getaway. They provided things for the fire & stocked soap, hair wash and body wash in the bathroom. Overall incredible experience, will be recommending to friends and family!"

"Carpe Vino was an exceptionally special place for our large family holiday in a stunning location. It felt wonderfully secluded and peaceful, yet most attractions and amenities were only a short 5-15 minute drive away. The daily visits from the birds and kangaroos made the experience even more memorable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."
