"The rooms were spacious and the decks backed onto the forest. Although a bit dated, they were very clean and tidy. The heat and ac worked perfectly and the room was quiet and peaceful. Ricky who was manning breakfast and the front desk was kind, informative and welcoming. I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast selection which lacked protein and was heavily focused on bread and yogurt, but there was fresh fruit every day and a fun coffee machine. There was a small fridge in each room and dishes, a kettle and utensils. Lacking was a microwave which would have been a great addition. "

"Amazing room with small patio/garden. Everything is spotless!!!! Kitchen well equipped. The room is cozzy and comfortable. The staff super friendly and helpful. They are ADORABLE!!! The hotel is located at 1 minute walk to Woolworh. Lots of restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend Normal Van restaurant for the awsome burgers and Margaret River Bakery for breakkie. "

"The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious enough, and had all the amenities one could want for a short stay. The location is central for a visit to Margaret River, and yet the setting was very peaceful. I would be happy to stay again and can highly recommend Higgins Lane Motel."
