Carpe Vino is nestled among its own 8 acres of quiet bushland near Margaret River. Ideally located 5 minutes from the famous Surfers Point and 10 minutes to the town of Margaret River, Carpe Vino is an ideal place for your next Margaret River visit. There are cycle/walkways near the property that lead to both Margaret River and to Prevelly and Gnarabup beaches. A private tennis court is also a magnificent inclusion.

Fully appointed with brand new furnishings and equipment, this magnificent rammed limestone contemporary 3 storey holiday home comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge outdoors decking area. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We can further host 2 guests in our adjacent newly refurbished cottage, sleeping a total of 12. Please enquire for further details and costing.

The ground floor comprises a double garage, laundry, bathroom and bedroom which can sleep 4. The first floor comprises the main living areas which include an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge which looks out onto wraparound decking set amongst the treetops. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level (both with queen beds). The second floor comprises a large parent's retreat (with king size bed) with it own private deck, walk-in robe and ensuite. Bedrooms and living areas are fitted with ceiling fans.

The lounge includes TV and DVD as well as a Scandinavian slow combustion fireplace.

The kitchen is very well stocked for those looking for cooking and baking wares. Featuring a large fridge/freezer, gas hotplate with electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. The dining table seats a large group. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine on the deck as you watch the sunset and listen to the bird life.

Game, set and match on this full size tennis court. With tennis pavilion overlooking the court, makes for an enjoyable afternoon. Racquets and balls provided.

There is a lawned area with an outdoor (hot & cold) shower, just perfect for after the beach.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washer (with detergent) and dryer in Laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

Things to enjoy at Carpe Vino

The property is situated on 8 acres of bushland between Margaret River town and the coast. You can enjoy the local wildlife as the property is visited by an array of birdlife, kangaroos and possoms. At sunrise and sunset the kangaroos will often come to nibble on the lawn. The property suits both adults and children with landscaped gardens and bush to explore or simply relax in.

The beaches are a short distance away as is the town of Margaret River. There are bike paths available should you choose to bike ride or walk.

The Margaret River Golf course is also in close proximity.

There are a host of wineries to visit and sample both their wines and food. There are also large range of family activities available - all within close range.
