There is a nice balcony with outdoor seating area, master bedroom with ensuite & bath tub, modern kitchen and second bedroom & bathroom making it a perfect place for two couples to stay.

The space
The apartment is light and bright with an open plan living dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a comfortable leather couch for a night in by the TV and a dining table both inside and out on the balcony for a takeaway or home-cooked meal.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with bath tub. There is a European style laundry with washing machine near the kitchen and down the hall you’ll find the bathroom and the second bedroom with queen bed. Both bedrooms open onto the south balcony.

The apartment is located on the first floor, up a flight of stairs and above a couple of small local offices. Parking is available in the public carpark right outside the apartment.

Located right in town, just one street back from the main street you are walking distance to all of towns best restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. You couldn’t get a more convenient location for a down south getaway where you want to immerse yourself in the Margaret River classic main street vibe.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
