The Villa | Margaret River

  • THIS LIGHT AND BRIGHT VILLA IS SECLUDED YET CENTRALLY LOCATED JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM THE MAIN STREET OF MARGARET RIVER.

    With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it comfortably sleeps 5, is fully self contained and has a private and relaxing courtyard. A great central location to explore wineries, breweries, forests and beaches. Perfect for two couples, families or friends wanting complete comfort and a home away from home feeling. A place to slow down and re-connect.

    The Space:
    The Villa Margaret River is fully self contained with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 5. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has a king bed (can be split into 2 singles on request) and the third bedroom has a single bed. Our entire place is single storey and the courtyard is secure and spacious.
    We offer free WIFI and Netflix, smart TV, full kitchen/dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heating/cooling, an open plan living area and a private and relaxing courtyard with BBQ.
    We also have a passionfruit vine and peach tree for you to use in season.

    Other things to note:
    Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

    Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

    Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

    The Villa Margaret River is located in a gated complex with your own secure undercover garage suitable for 1-2 medium cars or 1 large car.
    Linen is included in your stay.

Fantastic location! The Villa is situated just behind the main road and an easy walk to all of the Main Street. Always well maintained and presented. We enjoyed our stay….again.
