Waterside One | Secluded Luxury

Modern luxury at its best! This brand new house has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite and luxurious king size beds, a cosy wood fire and air conditioner. Located on the edge of the forest just 400m from the centre of town and perched on the edge of a picturesque lake. The gated strata is quiet, secure and peaceful with direct access to the rails to trails. The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

The space:

The three bedrooms all have private ensuite, luxurious king size beds, one of which may be separated into two king singles.

As well as the large open plan, well equipped kitchen, dining, living and deck area downstairs there is a separate upstairs lounge and extra television and balcony to relax and enjoy.

There is also a powder room downstairs and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and has Shire Approval for Short Stay Holiday. There is free WIFI, two smart TV's, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. For winter there is a cosy wood fire. To keep you comfortable and cool in summer there are two air conditioners.

Should you choose to breakfast in, there is a coffee machine and chef style kitchen to allow you to enjoy the morning on the Waterside.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know prior to arrival your preferred bedding configuration for your group so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your stay. (Note: King bed in Bedroom 3 can be turned into 2 x king singles, please let us know your preferred bedding configuration).

Pets: We have a strict no pet policy.

Water Danger / Child Safety: Please note that there are steep stairs inside the property and a dam next to the property which is not gated, we don't advertise this as a family friendly property for these reasons. If children are joining you, your little ones will need to be supervised at all times.
