"Really nice property, well kept and clean throughout. Location is really peaceful, quite some way from any towns or villages. Good communications from hosts and easy to access on arrival. The log burner was a lovely touch too. It's not clear on the listing that the property is upstairs - not a problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. There's no wifi (making it great for a get away from it all stay!) and no microwave. A guide to the location would have been useful, to show...

"Intet sengetøy og altfor harde benker å sove på, Primitivt; Nesten ubrukelig som hotellrom, men bedre enn telt. Alt for lite plass til mer er enn 2-3 personer. God (og dyr parkering). Gøy å kjøre på tur i kanalene. Hyggelig vertskap. "

"Wir waren über Silvester in diesen schönen Ferienhaus.Es ist toll ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung ist auch zu empfehlen, sehr ruhig und man hat die Möglichkeit, viele Ausflüge per Fuß, Rad oder mit dem Auto zu unternehmen. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter, sehr freundlich und nett und jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gern wieder."

The log burner was a lovely touch too. It's not clear on the listing that the property is upstairs - not a problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. There's no wifi (making it great for a get away from it all stay!) and no microwave. A guide to the location would have been useful, to show where the wood store/bike shed was (we found it OK though) and how the heating worked."
