GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH A FAMILY!

The stay was amazing, great facilities and the staff, specially Grace (GM) and Odette, were amazing but the main reservation support of First Group leaves a lot to be desired! They were unprofessional and extremely unhelpful; I was very disappointed in them and the manner in which they handled the issue we faced, thankfully Grace and Odette were super helpful! A huge thumbs up and thank you to them!

First Group Club Hacienda was nice...

The two bedroom apartment was nice with a small walk to the Beach. We did not enjoy the swimming pool as it was very deep. it was a short stay with a early check out.
