Starting with a small staircase, it enters into a small open lounge / kitchen area. A separate Bedroom and Toilet / Shower. The bedroom has built in cupboards, ceiling fan & double bed. Lock up Garage Parking on site.
Access to a shared swimming pool, epic garden, kiff vibes.
What we really love!? We are ideally situated less than 1km (walking distance) from a Spar, laundromat, petrol. Only 1.5km from the Waffle House, Blue flag Main Beach & freeway.
