"The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!"

"The air worked but was noisy. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The pool is disgusting. Very cloudy and unable to see the bottom. The top step on one of the ladders was broken. There was a constant drip coming from the ceiling in the hallway. Most of the exercise equipment would not turn on. There were water stains everywhere, some covered by spray paint. Very poor repair work. The pool, the bar, breakfast area and check in counter are all in the same room which made everything muggy with an odor. The pictures online look nothing like what we experienced. I will never stay there again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. "

"The pictures did not represent the hotel accurately. In the pictures the hotel looked bright and clean but the hallways were dirty with huge stains on the carpets. When we arrived to check in the staff did not even acknowledge us at first and just handed us our key card without any information of the location of our room, etc. The room was decent but we were only given one bath towel and no other hand towels. The place is clearly under construction. We chose to deal with all of it but what pushed us over the edge was that the wifi didn’t work and I needed it for a zoom meeting. When I called the front desk to inform them they just told me “too bad, it’s been out all day and we don’t know when it will come back on” and hung up. I think we could’ve overlooked most of the issues but the employees were beyond rude that it ruined our stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after one to find another accommodation. "

"Everything was good except the pillows where not firm and the shower head sprayer just one way not many. Other than it was a great stay. Like customer service was excellent and helpful. "

"Convenient airport shuttle. Spacious room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi. On-site restaurant is rather noisy and the air conditioning was set too high. The only other food within walking distance is a barbecue joint. "

"Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. "
