"The property was simply spectacular. Safe walking to historic churches and a castle. The staff was over the top helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Not sure I have ever been to a nicer hotel."

"Well maintained property in a very central location with easy access to shops, dining options and public transportation. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Also loved the restaurant in the hotel."
"Great location despite much Vienna infrastructure building work nearby. Close to many restaurants and walkable to all the attractions. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Clise to Conference attended. Would highly recommend hotel."
"Excellent modern upscale hotel within walking distance of all main Vienna sights to see, shopping and great restaurants. Staff very attentive and friendly. "
"I have nothing to say and the service is great, very close to the attractions and almost next door. No need to take a car and you can just walk a few minutes to the attractions. The breakfast buffet is delicious what they prepare in the morning and you know it will be expensive. Yes, the hotel is expensive per night but it is worth the price. They have a 24 hrs free bar for specialty coffee and sparkling water in the fridge.l'd like to give a good feedback to Josh, in charge of restaurant, he is attentive and kind to the customer at the breakfast buffet. All the staff in the hotel from front desk to housekeeping has good service. The room, hallway and the entire hotel are clean and fragrant. We recommend this hotel to our relatives/colleagues. "
"We were in Vienna to tour, and this hotel was perfect. Great showers, great beds and perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day.
The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services.
I would definately stay there again. "
