"We spent 3 days at the end of May, in the spacious, well equipped and spot clean holiday home. Sven is a really good host, responds quickly to SMS if you have a question. It is a very quiet area and it has been a long time since we slept so well. It was too windy for us to use the boat, but nice to sit and enjoy the view at the terrace by the lake."

They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with. "
