"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...

"I will start with the good... The house is in a great central location. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Now for the bad.... The place was filthy (dirt on the walls and door frames, hair on the rugs, dirty sheets, stains on the pillows and mattresses, which were discovered at the end of our stay, stains all over the pool table). It was also in disrepair (dishwasher trays rusted through, destroyed furniture, stove not fully functional, etc). There are ropes on the primary bedroom bed...
