At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university. We felt welcomed with the type of accommodating attention that is warming and kind. "We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026."

"Overall the room was nicely sized, clean and comfortable for one adult and 2 kids. Only complaint I have is that no cleaning has been done, despite my request per hotel procedure - only got garbage emptied and new towels but no vacuum cleaning, no bathroom cleaning and no fresh beds. Very disappointed for a 8 nights stay. "

"The room is basic, but it's big enough to be comfortable. It has a great location next to Reutlingen West station, and also a bus stop nearby as well to get into town faster. You don't see any of the hotel staff while you are there, except maybe the cleaning staff in the mornings. So it feels very quiet."

"Perfect location right next to the Reutlingen train station, and a short walk into town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. For me, the co-working area in the lounge downstairs was really great as I was working remotely during my stay."

"Hotel is in a great location to city center, but the condition of the rooms are old and in need of renovation, bath rooms were not clean to 4 Star standard, and the toilet was not cleaned as well. Rated as 4 Stars, not up to 4 Stars."
