"Terrible stay due to people in the neighboring room watching loud action movies late into the night forcing us to switch rooms at 2:30 AM. This was the only thing that kept me from giving the hotel a 5 star rating. The room I moved to was very quiet. The hotel was very clean and updated throughout and located in an ideal spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I had requested a room on the top floor at the end of a hallway in hopes of a quiet stay and they granted my request. All encounters...

I've worked in Technical Support for over 40 years, and that is a 24x7 responsibility.
