Stone cottage for 4 people, located in a peaceful, enclosed estate offering shared spaces including a swimming pool, gardens, and a recreational area.
Perfect for visiting Niort, the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, La Rochelle, and Île de Ré.
Close to wedding venues such as La Gravette or Le Griffier.
A quiet setting for business trips just minutes from Niort.

This charming gîte offers two bedrooms upstairs – one with a 140x190 bed and another with two 90x190 beds and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
If needed, the living room sofa converts into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests.
Two furnished gardens allow you to enjoy the sunshine and barbecue.

La Guigneraie Estate consists of four independent 18th-century cottages.
