On two levels with large volume, you will enjoy on the ground floor the space of the main room of 80 m2, with a lounge area, an open kitchen and a dining room, opening onto the terrace allowing access to the 1ha land, suitable for outdoor games or to bask in the moonlight and enjoy the starry sky! A bathroom with bath and toilet.
A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to an open space serving the three bedrooms (two with a 160 cm bed and one with a single bed and a mattress to put on the floor) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Located on the border with the Yonne, ideal for visiting Vézeley, Avalon, Epoisses, Alésia... .
Many activities possible: swimming, fishing, water activities in the various lakes of the Morvan, rivers for rafting, hydrospeed..., hiking or cycling (mountain biking, road or leisure along the Nivernais canal).
Local shops, restaurants and market in Quarré Les Tombes 10 minutes by car, in Avallon 20 minutes.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and August and cleaning and storage at your expense.
