"I was traveling with family, flying in late night and this location was perfect being so close to the airport. Flo is a great host. Even before we arrived there was clear communication with instructions on how to reach the property. The place itself was very clean with full Kitchen. Even though we stayed only for a night, our stay was very comfortable."

"On a 5-day family trip to Saint Lucia, we decided to split the nights between the north and south of the island. In the south we didn’t fare so well but staying at Cap Pavilion more than made up for it. It’s about as far north as you can go on the island, maybe 10 minutes past Rodney Bay. "I had an outstanding experience at the Body Holiday. I cannot speak highly enough of it. I had the privilege of staying four nights and enjoyed my time immensely. First off, the activities and treatments included in the stay are simply wonderful. I joined a number of the classes and really felt like they were simultaneously relaxing and challenging enough to make them feel legitimate. The amenities are beautiful and varied. The property is gorgeous. It is small enough that it is walkable, but large enough that it doesn’t feel too cramped. The room I stayed in was a tiny bit dated, but to a negligible degree given how awesome everything else was. The dining options are excellent, with the restaurants providing a great amount of variety and flavourful food. The staff is so wonderful. I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of, especially as a solo traveller. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I can guarantee I will be back. "
