The apartment is on two levels split across the 1st & 2nd Floors of the Marina Village courtyard building. The Marina Village is located within the secure gated community of the Luxury 5* Marigot Bay Resort, Marina & Spa. You will have the exclusive benefit of free access and use of the facilities at the Resort i.e. Main Pool, Infinity Pool, Gym & Gardens. The Restaurants and Spa facilities are also available but with appropriate charges.
The apartment is located on the waters edge with views over the Caribbean Sea out of Marigot Bay and over the Beach. The Marigot Bay Resort is a short walk down the Marina Boardwalk. The surrounding area is the green hillsides of Marigot Bay where the protected Mangroves stretch down to meet the Marina waters. The hillsides around Marigot Bay are what provide the Marina with shelter from Hurricanes and where the name 'Hurricane Hole - safest bay in the Caribbean' is derived.
From the Marina Village there is a free Ferry service across to the Beach which is approximately 300m away and takes 1 minute to cross.
There are multiple eating establishments within a short walk of the Marina Village. The village store and bakery are approximately 500m walk up the hill.
