Residence Anse des Sables... studio Marigot on the island of Saint Martin
- The island of 36 beaches !!!
On the bay of marigot, for rent very nice studio tastefully decorated. Located in a secure residence with its swimming pool and its private beach which overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the island of Anguilla.
This air-conditioned studio includes a double bed and a sofa bed (extra bed) and a flat screen TV.(small safe)
A fitted kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, hot water. (more than a minimum I have provided: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, dishwashing ...)
A bathroom with its shower (hot water) and its toilet area. Hair dryer and table and iron.
Charming furnished terrace overlooking a tropical garden.
Capacity 2 adults and possibility of 1 or 2 children.
(supplement of 30 € per additional person)
Close to downtown shops, supermarket, bakeries, local market, ferry terminal (for a getaway to St Barth or swimming with dolphins in Anguilla), the royal marina, the fort louis marina, the fort , restaurants, exchange points, pharmacies, post office, etc ...
