The staff and check in and out was fast. The location is great but the hotel is in need of a lot of updates. They have signs up saying they are in the process of renovating. Once this is done it will be a great hotel.

We where very happy with this Hotel and would stay there again. The Buffet Breakfast was well organize, also filled and everything one could want for Breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day, nice thick and soft towels. The staff was always available to answer any question and make a little chit chat. I cannot comment on the parking because we didn't use it. This RIU Hotel was close to all the major Sports or Concert venues. Transit was 1 block away.
