"Location is great but I had some issues with the room. Floor was sticky with floor cleaning solution, seems to be common in Croatia. Fridge did not work at all which is tough when you want some cold water in the heat and store snacks for long stays. Remotes with dead batteries. Light bulbs burned out. Host has strange rules, not client focused. With some improvements this could be a great stay. "

"Here is a polished version suitable for a booking website:We had a wonderful one-week stay at this villa in Marina, just outside Trogir, as a family group of eight. The villa fully matched the description and photographs and made an excellent first impression.The location is beautiful, right by the water and within easy reach of Trogir. Marina itself is a pleasant small village with several restaurants. There is a road between the villa and the sea, so some care is needed when crossing, particularly with children, but this was the only minor drawback.The villa was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We especially appreciated that every bedroom had its own en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The outdoor area was a major highlight, with a beautiful infinity pool, comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space to relax.The air conditioning was excellent, with independent controls in every room. The Wi-Fi, kitchen and dishwasher all worked well. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. They were friendly, highly service-minded and responded immediately whenever we had a question.We would strongly recommend this villa to families and groups. It offered very good value, and we would absolutely stay here again."
