"We arrived around 10:30pm on September 24, the staff were gracious to hold Our reservation for late check in. The room Was very clean, amenities in the room were great and the continental breakfast was very different but was awesome. Will return for one more night after the cruise."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself was in excellent condition. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. We also appreciated how helpful the staff was whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay."

"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."
