"The "Castle" is truly beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! The home, views, and overall setting are absolutely stunning and made for an unforgettable stay. One thing to note is that the living room and kitchen can get quite warm since there is no A/C unit in those spaces. There is, however, a wall A/C unit in the smaller room off the living area that helps. It was not a dealbreaker for us because the bedrooms stayed nice and cool. We did have a small hiccup at check-in, but Elizabeth was immediately available by phone and worked quickly to resolve the issue. One suggestion would be to send the vehicle and license plate information request a day or two before arrival. We missed the message while traveling. The oven was also not working during our stay. Fortunately, we discovered the property had both a grill and a Blackstone griddle, which worked great for our group of 11. We were able to cook larger batches of bacon and eggs. Another suggestion would be to provide a few larger pots and pans. With a large group, I found myself cooking in batches and was grateful I had brought some larger cookware from home. Overall, Jose and Elizabeth were incredible hosts. Their responsiveness, hospitality, and home made our vacation special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and views exceeded our expectations, and none of the minor issues would deter us from staying here again. We WILL be back! Thank you, Jose and Elizabeth, for sharing your amazing home with us!"

"Very good stay. Fresh towels for the pool and the room was very good size. TV okay and I got a good view just the windows may need to get cleaned more often. Parking plenty but very sunny it will be nice to have some sort of shaded. The pool was great and the service the people how works there were the best very polite and helpful very nice. The best lemonade in town from the bar, I couldn't drink alcohol at the time but if that was the lemonade I am coming back for a cocktail. Btw kids friendly an"

"Excellent Home to enjoy the beauty of San Carlos! We stayed a week and did not want to leave. The private pool is amazing to cool off and the patio is great to socialize. Frank the host is top notch ensuring any and all your needs are met and exceeded. Assisted us with finding transportation and was fully invested in all our feedback. Quieter and more private neighborhood which we appreciated. Close to an OXXO for last minute needs. Walkable to restaurants and bus. Highly recommend!!"
