"First day indoor pool was crowded, so we came back second day at 7pm for family swim and pool was filled with drunks with a full sized stereo Bluetooth system. We tried the outdoor pool it was warm but extremely dirty. After talking to the front desk many times it wasn’t until family swim was over until they kicked them out. The solution from them was to let my kids stay up late into the night to swim, which we thought was crazy. The group they had in there had five coolers full of beer and an insanely loud stereo system. I get wanting to listen to music and have drinks but this was absolutely disgusting. Bottom line don’t bring your family here if you want them to have a good time. Person at front desk said manager would reach out and they never did when I went to check out the new worker said they didn’t know anything about it. They made no attempt to make this right the only reason we wanted to stay there was for the pools. Will not be back because of it was not family friendly and staff seemed to not care about the excessive partying that ruined it for any family that had children."
