"A basic property adjacent to the local bus station within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was limited but included eggs and a variety of breads and cakes - a very welcome inclusion as there are very few other options in the area. I was able to get early breakfast on my departure morning which was greatly appreciated. I particularly appreciate its prime location within Maringa, a city that seamlessly blends small-town charm with a vibrant, big-city atmosphere and excellent walkability. The hotel is centrally situated, adjacent to a prominent shopping center and directly across from a large grocery store. Furthermore, numerous restaurants are easily accessible within a short walk around the corner. The area boasts convenient transportation options, allowing for effortless exploration of the entire city on foot. Its strategic location within a popular district, often frequented for events, further enhances its appeal. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the breakfast, while perhaps not superlative, was certainly commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and intend to return. My time there was truly remarkable, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Marina and this hotel. Thank you."

"Very good hotel, excellent place. I only have one complaint: I've stayed there before and didn't pay for parking. I made my reservation as usual, and at the time of booking it said the hotel had parking, and I've never been charged before. This time they charged me, even though it specifies at the time of booking that parking is not included and is paid separately. Why does it say at the time of booking that the hotel has parking? Thank you."
