- Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this mountain home located in the gated community of Grants Mountain with easy I-40 access. Featuring lots of natural light, open floor plan, fireplace & loft. Enjoy mountain views and cookouts on the spacious wrap around decks. A quiet location conveniently located in Marion, near Black Mountain, Lake James, Asheville, vineyards, hiking, waterfalls, golf and within minutes to grocery store, gas, and shopping. Paved roads and driveway.
Living area has large sectional to curl up while streaming your favorite shows. Dining table seats 6 + 4 Bar stools at island. The main floor provides room to enjoy everyone's company. The gas fireplace adds to the winter enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped and games provided for fun.
Gather around the cozy outdoor firepit and create lasting memories with friends and family. Let the crisp fall/winter air settle in, warm yourselves by the flickering flames while creating memories.
