Located in the heart of Marion village just steps from the Beverly Yacht Club and Sippican Harbor and close to Silver Shell beach with views from the second and third floor. This renovated home blends the charm of an antique with the modern amenities of quality. The first floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, TV room, powder room and sliders that lead to the patio with seating and gas grill. The second level has three bedrooms [ queen, double, twin] as well as two full baths.
Primary suite is on the entire third floor with king bed and full bath as well as sitting area. Relax on the Bluestone patio and private grounds.
HOME amenities beach pass, beach towels, gas grill, drip coffee maker, all linens included, starter supply of items for stay.
Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property. *** All applicable taxes and fees apply.
