Blackwood Grove is conveniently located in Mariposa, California—close to Yosemite yet tucked into a peaceful pocket of nature. The home offers privacy without isolation, allowing you to enjoy quiet forest living while being near restaurants, grocery stores, and Yosemite’s major entrances.

Mariposa (15 minutes) and Oakhurst (25 minutes) both offer historic Gold Rush charm, great dining options, and family-friendly attractions such as local museums, steam train rides, and quaint old-town streets.

The property is not fully fenced and sits in a serene, secluded location.

California’s Sierra Nevada region can experience seasonal wildfires (June–November). This is a natural occurrence essential to the local ecosystem.

2. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am,
3. Pets Allowed. There is a $150 flat pet fee for a stay and pet fee will be added to your reservation total price.
4. No cancelations due to smoke or air quality under 200 (AirNow dot gov).
5. $500 cleaning fee for smoking detected inside the property or glass detected inside the spa.
