Welcome to our hillside villa in historic Mariposa, the gateway to Yosemite National Park! Perfect for families and groups, this spacious retreat accommodates up to 8 guests with stunning mountain views, an expansive deck for entertaining, and a fun-filled game room.

Inside the Home

Main Level (Upstairs): Cozy great room with sweeping valley views, eat-in kitchen, and direct access to the expansive deck. The main level includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet (sleeps 2), a second bedroom (sleeps 2), and an office with a shared hall bath.

Lower Level (Downstairs): Family bedroom with ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4), laundry room, and a game room stocked with pool, foosball, air hockey, board games, books, and more.

Outdoor Living

Relax or entertain on the large deck overlooking Bootjack Valley. This inviting outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, stargazing, or simply soaking in the panoramic Sierra views.

The driveway provides 5 uncovered parking spaces. Entry is easy with a personalized keypad code at the main front door on the upper level. For added security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
