"Unser Aufenthalt hat etwas durchwachsen angefangen, da die Bad/WC nicht gut geputzt war. Das Hotel hat aber am nächsten Tag sofort reagiert und uns sogar angerufen und eine gute Lösung gefunden. "We just stayed overnight. We had a good dinner and breakfast. Room was nice, only issue we had with mosquitoes. Nice town to explore. Staff was very friendly. Hotel has small private playground with a trampoline and a swing, exactly what our kid wanted. Friday night had some entertainment so make reservation as dining space is limited. Hotel was a bit pricey but so were all the other hotels in the area. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is very kid friendly."

It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "
