"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from May 29, 2026, to May 30, 2026 (Itinerary #73459934817070). At the time of booking, there was no indication that the hotel was undergoing major construction. Upon arrival, I found that significant portions of the property were under construction, which greatly affected my stay. The pool was unavailable, and I was unable to use several amenities due to the ongoing work. Additionally, breakfast was advertised as being included with the booking. However, instead of the expected breakfast service, I was provided with a bagged meal and there was no designated place to sit and eat. This experience fell far below the standard I expected from a reputed hotel brand. I have attached a photo of the breakfast provided for your reference. Had the construction and resulting limitations been disclosed before booking, I would have made a different decision regarding my accommodation. Given the inconvenience and the significant impact on my stay, I respectfully request appropriate compensation. I trust that Quality Inn values guest satisfaction and will review this matter fairly."

"We were not aware that the hotel was in the middle of renovations. We also had someone working and scraping something right outside our door at 7:20 am . It might not be outrageously early to most. One of the main reasons we booked a room to "get away" on a Tuesday night was to relax and hopefully sleep in the next day. We also had a weird brown mark on our bedding. I was just expecting a little better experience for the price on a Tuesday in June."

"Pros: Location was convenient as we had an event right in the hotel conference centre. Close to the village. Free on-site parking. We received a voucher to use at their 2 onsite restaurants. But one was extremely busy and was understaffed the one time we tried to go there. Received bracelet to access 2 activties at the Village: gondola and canopy climb. Staff were nice. Things to consider: I booked on Expedia, and I was able to 'cancel' my whole booking but was not able to modify my booking later (because I wanted to cancel a day). The hotel bus shuttle service was not available every day of our stay. Took a long time for our sink and shower water to become warm. Our bathroom did not have a fan. The walls were thin and when our tv was off or low volume, we could hear our neighbours talking. Our bathroom sink faucet handle was loose so didn't stay on the 'hot' side. Our door did not have a soundproofing strip so we could hear other doors slamming shut. There was stuff on the fridge door and bathroom door that I had to clean off. Fridge is on the small side compared to other hotels I have stayed at."

"We stayed in the accessible king room. Great room and bathroom layout, much easier for my husband to move around with his bad knees. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was very pretty, indoor pool was also nice. The restaurant served a nice steak dinner. Unsure if breakfast options available at hotel restaurant. Only a couple of very minor things to note. I was looking forward to using the fireplace in the sitting area of our room but unfortunately once on, it had such a high pitch squeal, we had to shut it off. The hotel was having trouble with their Wifi so front desk staff quickly provided another wifi network and password to use which worked great but wasn’t synced with tv so unable to use Netflix but other tv options were possible. Overall great stay- thank you."
