"Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."

"We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests."

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. "
