The pool area could use a bit off update and maintained . The rubber floor around hot tub has patches of flooring missing and it creates very uneven surface . "

"Hotel parking was full so had to park on street. Staff were slow to attend to desk, or just away on break. Noisy partiers carried on a few times in the night. It’s a character hotel and some trim on stairnose has come off, needs maintenance. Downtown location is convenient for events. We’ve stayed here before and you have to consider the area and not leave anything in your car overnight. Would give it another try if I need a room in the area."
