The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"The location of itravel Hostel was pleasant - near main roads, but quiet. Both the room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in answering questions and providing information and recommendations. This was invaluable for a traveler who doesn't speak Chinese!"

"Very nice and comfortable place to stay! "

"Small modern building, with modern room (big bed ... king size ?), clean bathroom, fridge and water kettle. Elevator. Located 12 mn away walking from train station, slightly of a main avenue. SOquiet. Plenty of places to eat around. Laundromat 2mn away. Pharmacy around the corner. Easy checkin and checkout. Would stay there again when visiting Hualien"

"Friendly operator, 24 hour coin laundry, free bike to ride, nice coastal bike trail nearby"

"Really wonderful stay & great host! Clean and comfortable and great location."

"The host was accommodating to let us deposit our luggage before the actual check-in timing. Friendly and helpful staff that offers suggestions and help, they even loaned us bikes FOC to cycle around. Free WiFi in room although the only setback was the mattress is a tad soft to our preference. Overall worth the price paid"

"Clean room. Very centralized and close to bus station. There is no daily room tidiness. Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. We would stay here again"

"It’s a gem within the hustle & bustle. It’s a townhouse building within the residential area for more authentic local experience. 8mins walk to the main train station and 5mins walk to the Main Street - ZhongShan Street, 2km straight road full of eateries. The host was very nice and friendly, room was spacious enough and clean. Was a pleasant 4days stay for us. Highly recommended."
