"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "

"After check In ,go into the room . the bed sheet still dirty . The toilet still dirt , no clean at all. And wait about 1.5hrs to get switch to new room . Very tired "

"Room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is at the opposite end of downtown, but it is only a 15 walk. There are a lot of dining options close to the hotel, which we used the two nights we stayed. The town itself is nice and mix of private retail downtown and the big brands in 2/3 different locations, which are close to the hotel. Stouffville is also, as it happens, very close to Shitt’s Creek.."

"The home was very nice and bright. All the different chandeliers were pretty. We stayed well attending the Little Native Hockey League and the location was great. "

"We stayed at this Vrbo as a friend group. It is a new construction which is currently listed for sale. The steps to the front door were icy and not cleared of snow. The rental has a lot of stairs and I would not recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or with young children. It had the barebones necessities such as plates and silverware, however dishwasher soap was not provided and there were no coffee pods, although a keurig machine was provided. There was no tea kettle or even basics such a salt in the salt shaker. No towel provided in the half bathroom. Although cleanliness was acceptable overall, carpeting in the bedrooms was dirty. The place is ok overall but not a place we would want to return to. "

"I made a foolish mistake, so this review is just to help others from doing the same. This is a bedroom and bathroom only. The kitchen, living area and patio are all shared with the owners and any other potential guests. The owners have a beautiful large dog. We were unable to stay, because i have an unfriendly little dog so i can not comment on the actual stay. "

"I had about 7 itchy red welts on both of my left and right arms after the sleepover. I suspect that there’s a bed bug infestation. "

"We were very happy with our stay. The host was spectacular. He was extremely accommodating and responded to our messages very quickly. The unit is in an upscale community and close to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping malls. The unit is super clean and the washroom amenities were abundant."
