"It wasn’t the property advertised they obviously have a number of flats they allocate as needed.This one was a one bed studio not as I thought I was getting and on the second floor up some very steep stairs that I found a little challenging. Access needs were not asked. Cleanliness could have been better especially around skirting’s and light switches etc. hall light didn’t work etc. kitchen bin would not close otherwise the place was ok."

"It was great but the only thing what was bad was that we only had one plug socket to use because the others were round pins and there was only one square pin socket that worked , so we couldn’t have more then one thing on at a time . U need to sort that out . "
